    International shipping is not available at the moment.

    Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

    Metro Cities: 3 to 10 business days
    Other Locations:7 to 15 business days
    Delivery time may vary based on location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

    Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges apply (calculated at checkout).
    Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional charges may apply (if applicable).
    Free shipping is available on orders above ₹500 (if applicable).

5. Order Tracking

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
    You can track your order through our courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Attempts

    Our courier partner will make 3 delivery attempts.
    If the order is undelivered, it will be returned to us, and a re-delivery request may require additional shipping charges.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

    If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us.
    In case of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier service and offer a resolution.
